Submission deadline?

Abstract submission opens with registration January 21, 2026 and must be submitted by midnight on April 3, 2026.

No, edits are not allowed once submitted.

Are there submission fees?

No fees are required to submit abstracts for review, but you must register to attend the meeting.

How are abstracts reviewed?

A panel of SIS experts evaluates abstracts for scientific merit and relevance.

When will I know if accepted for oral presentation?

Notification emails are sent by May 15, 2026 with acceptance status and presentation details.
